Signature Resizer — Exam Size 140×60 px

Sign on plain white paper, take a close photo or scan it, and upload it here. The tool resizes it to the exact 140 × 60 pixels and compresses it to under 20 KB — the specification used by SSC, IBPS and most banking and railway forms. Your signature is an identity document, so this tool processes it only on your device; it is never uploaded.

Tip: crop the photo close to the signature first — the less blank paper around it, the clearer the result.

Sign in black or blue ink on clean white paper, in your usual running hand — not in capital letters, which SSC expressly rejects. Photograph the signature straight-on in good light, filling the frame, and avoid shadows. If your form states a different KB limit, type it above; the output dimensions stay exactly 140 × 60. For resizing a photograph to a KB limit instead, use Image Resize to KB, and for the matching photo use the Passport Size Photo Maker (SSC preset included).

Specifications are summaries of recent notifications and change over time — always verify against the current official advertisement before submitting.
