Questions about a tool, a photo specification we should add, or a size that an exam board has changed? We read every message and update specifications as notifications change.

Before you write

Most questions are answered faster on the tool pages themselves: the home page FAQ covers passport sizes, SSC photo rules and printing; each tool page lists the exact outputs it produces. If a form rejected your file, tell us the exam name and the exact error message or specification from the notification — that lets us match the size precisely.

Please never email us your actual photograph or signature. The tools work entirely on your device precisely so that you never need to send them to anyone, including us.
