About FormPhoto Tools

FormPhoto Tools is a small set of free utilities built for a very Indian problem: almost every important application — a government job, a bank exam, a passport, a visa — asks for your photograph and signature at one exact size, in one exact file format, inside one narrow KB limit. A normal phone photo almost never fits, and the nearest photo studio is not always near, open, or cheap.

Our tools solve that in the browser itself. The Passport Size Photo Maker crops and sizes photos to the standard Indian specifications (35×45 mm, 2×2 inch, SSC exam size, stamp size) and can lay out a printable 4×6 inch sheet of copies. The Image Resize to KB tool compresses any image to a precise KB target, and the Signature Resizer produces the exact 140×60 pixel, 10–20 KB signature file that SSC, IBPS and banking forms require.

Why "no upload" matters

A photograph and a signature are identity documents. On a typical online tool they are uploaded to a stranger's server. We designed these tools the opposite way: all processing happens on your own phone or computer, using the browser's built-in image engine. Nothing is transmitted or stored, which you can verify by loading a tool, switching off your internet, and using it fully offline.

Who runs this site

FormPhoto Tools is an independent project from India, maintained by a small web-development team. We are not affiliated with the Staff Selection Commission, IBPS, any bank, passport authority or government body. The site is free to use and is supported by advertising.
